The firm was founded by Denisse Ilabaca, Esq., a Florida-licensed immigration attorney board-certified in Immigration and Nationality Law. The practice has grown to include civil litigation handled by Nicholas Ravinet, Esq., covering insurance disputes, personal injury, and federal habeas corpus.
Both attorneys have been admitted to The Florida Bar since 2014, with more than ten years of combined Florida practice. Ilabaca Law has built a verified record of more than 150 five-star Google reviews from Florida families and clients across the country during that time.
Four practice areas: immigration and nationality law, insurance disputes, personal injury, and federal habeas corpus. Immigration runs nationwide; civil and habeas matters are Florida-based with federal court reach.
Our office is in Longwood, Florida, in Seminole County (Central Florida, 18th Judicial Circuit). We represent clients in all 67 Florida counties for civil cases and all 50 states for immigration matters.
English and Spanish. Both attorneys handle consultations, documents, and hearings in either language, and our intake form is bilingual.
It is the highest formal credential issued by The Florida Bar in this practice area, held by fewer than one percent of Florida attorneys. To earn it, an attorney must demonstrate substantial practice experience, pass a rigorous written examination, secure peer-review testimony from judges and other lawyers, and meet ongoing continuing education requirements specific to immigration and nationality law. Denisse holds this credential.
Through our contact page. The intake form covers the three practice tracks and routes the case to the right attorney. Calling our office at (407) 917-2087 also works and is usually the fastest path for time-sensitive cases.
The initial evaluation is free. For immigration cases, the path is a free pre-evaluation followed by a paid consultation if the case is the right fit, with a written flat-fee quote at the end. For civil cases (insurance disputes and personal injury), we work on contingency, so there are no upfront fees. For federal habeas matters, we provide a flat-fee quote at the consultation.
Three things. Board certification in Immigration and Nationality Law by The Florida Bar (a credential less than one percent of Florida attorneys hold). Federal court admission to all three Florida federal districts and the Eleventh Circuit, which lets us handle civil cases that move to federal court and federal habeas petitions for detained clients. And full bilingual representation in English and Spanish at every step, with no interpreter mismatches and no critical detail lost in translation.
